Should Ramotar resign and take up his $3M pension?

He lost 2 elections already.

They need to expel people like Jagdeo, Chat3, Bheri, Manickchand, Irfaat, and other kleptos, and remake the party along Jaganite lines.

Who will do that?

They look so pathetic with poorly made signs made out of cardboard boxes.  Have they become poor so suddenly?

How have the mighty fallen?  The arrogant bastards are now big jokes.  They squandered the goodwill we gave them for 23 years.

Ramotar called Moses "jackass" and they called Ramjattan "cockeye."

Now these guys are VPs.  So who has the last laugh?

Moses told them they can't win without him.  But Jagdeo was too arrogant.

Serve Ramotar right. Dem bais VP position bigger than his President one.

So you are saying "Bigger is Better".

Ramotar should stay. It's better for the opposition.

I think Comrade Donald should stay on as leader.  I don't want to see the PPP party being taken over by extremists who are going to put PPP supporters lives at risk on the streets. There is talk by some already about stepping up the militant confrontation with the new government.  That is reckless and will only lead to poor people losing their lives.  I hope GAWU stays out of this. The party's fight should be in Parliment not on the streets.

Jagdeo wants 1964 and of course he is a millionaire so he still has his goons squad to protect him in his fortress in Florida.  It will be the ordinary Indo peasant, who has all the woes of life, who once again will be the cannon fodder.  Why do these people vote PPP one can only wonder?

His retention as the presidential candidate ( he is not the leader of the PPP) will be determined by the members of the PPP and by the electors if they do not elect him to government. There needs to be renewal within the PPP and i understand tha they issued a statement recognizing that. It is how they go about determining what changes to make and the processes in implemeeting that change that will determine how successful they will be.

Sometimes I also wonder.  But I think it's that "ethnic security" fears and they see it as "safety in numbers".

Didn't many Indians benefit from the PPP government during 1992 and 2015? So should they have voted for the PNC and continue side swiped as before 1992? Credit to the Indians that even during PNC phase 1 (1964-1992) they were ingenuous enough to survive and in some cases succeed irrespective of not getting a fair shake. So you still wonder why loyal PPP supporters vote for the party. Like I mentioned before, one does not forsake. They stay and seek ways to fix it.
