this article is 2,460 (eyes-glazing-over) words long . . . never seen a lengthier one in SN

most people will look at the headline and gain an impression . . . that impression is one of coalition Gov't corruption

that's the editorial intent . . . with full deniability

my thought was that it was about PNC/Coalition corruption.
