This is a foregone conclusion. The votes of individual stations were tabulated, statement of polls signed and delivered to t he various parties. With each polling station having less than 3 hundred to count there cannot be great errors.

Even a kid can count 300 things and parcel them out by the 10 or so competing parties. These individual Statement of Polls are in the hands of the parties.

What is being done now was incidental checking and deviations are highly improbable. This is not about overcoming but verifying the people on the ground counted well. The difference in the count is what the are trying to find out. I have not seen the totals in t he SOPs but It is over 10,000. The APNU is trying to plug that hole by claiming miscounts that accrue to that number. 

The SOP list shows the PPP with the lead in region 4

You do not need to be Einstein to know why the delay and deflect. Come on except for a few here on GNI, everyone on this planet knows what is going on. A child can tabulate the SOP in an hour!!

If the PPP are ahead by 18 Kvotes the APNU is truing to justify that much error in the count of votes already counted and any fool knows an error rare that high is impossible unless you are extremely careless

Here the scenario 30,000 votes increased from 2015 Elections ,total of 184,097.

Split the votes 62 % APNU +AFC , 38 % PPP/C ,add the security service votes ,the results are close for both major parties.

Had GECOM proceeded with the tabulation and verifications with some expediency the PPP would have not gotten a chance to release their numbers.

Well time to refute  the PPP and cross match the SOPS. GECOM need to get into action ,and declare the results for Region 4 .

So PPP/C get 10,103 votes , APNU + AFC get 489 votes  more than the results of 2015.
