No thanks to the PNC/AFC who claimed that the Providence stadium was/is a white elephant. Its a wonder they haven't torn it down yet and refurbished Bourda as they did with Kitty Market.

With the exception of filling their pockets with big fat salaries, they have not even built a toilet.
