The GOP does have a replacement plan. It is a very good one also. It is a simple yet effective two step plan.
1. Don't get sick.
2. If you get sick, die quickly.

How can you repeal and replaced something if you don't have a plan to replaced it with? Of course the GOP has an affordable plan in place. Riffraff two step plan is just hot air in a sailing balloon.
Washington (CNN) House Republicans have campaigned on repealing and replacing Obamacare since 2010, but leaders are still working behind the scenes to lock down votes ahead of a Friday vote on the resolution that starts rolling back the law.
It is now some 7 years since the Republicans have been gotaying "repeal and replace" and so far they have no replacement plans. They spent the past 8 years shitting bricks over a black man living in the White House. What a bunch of schmucks.
