Who is they that should sue her? I would expect you to be more objective here and examine the context of her post and comment from that rather than go off on a tangent. The community needs to be educated if they participate in habitual gay bashing. It is a serious crime and can do grave damage to any participating in it carelessly.

Vishnu, get off your behind and tell us what you know of this story. When you were beat up I went out and asked to get your story. This fellow was beat up far worse than you were. You have an obligation to take a stance, the one you know to be the correct one. This idea of leaders sitting on their asses and not leading is absolutely abominable. How are any to follow you in other issues of importance. Get off the fence and take a stance with the good and the bad of this incident.

Every evidence proves that the Antiman was the perpetrator. why should he be treated like a victim. Whoever sues him and win they should ask the judge to send him to Russia.

Further, the lady asked specific questions and hints that evidence is missing and a selective airing of relevant videos. The NYPD has not made any arrests as yet. Don't forget they have cameras on Liberty Av as well and they can see what happened that night. They will most likely look at all that before making a conclusion.
