Some of these trees need big yard to plant. I don't think RH lot size are very big for such large trees when mature. 

Maybe at that time we can ask the City to Down Zone the trees as they are doing now in Richmond Hill.

Actually this is a classic example to use in our challenge to the current ReZoning
