While everyone jumped accusing the PPP of leaving Guyana exposed, clearly Venezuela was also roped in.  Venezuela will find out, Guyana is actually a good natural source for their basic food supplies.  The PNC never was able to develop such a market.  Venezuela should offer Guyana rice farmer opportunities to supplant their skills in Venezuela and pay them in USD.  It is not about land, its about people.

You are an interesting person.  Maduro has all of the characteristics of Burnham, and with the same dire consequences on Venezuela's economy, and its people.

Most Indians will know better than to exchange Guyana, as it is in August 2015, with the Guyana that was in 1983.

Guyana has a few cards, low oil price coupled with stable rice prices a big one.  But this PNC cabal are clueless and inept to exploit the arbitrage advantage.  The PPP would have maximized the advantage mitigating gold decline, but the loser PNC wringing their hands and crying like spoilt brats.  Grow up, get real PNC!!
