Tragic that under the PPP, life has been cheapened as crime go unchecked and unsolved.
Those dumb asses built a crime lab without DNA facilities. How dumb can these people be? And they leave no stone unturned to find money for an unneeded hotel.

They are not dumb at all. Without a DNA facility the top people in the PPP crime ring won't be tracked down through DNA identification.
