If I knew he was sick and I live in NYC the PPP knew fully well that he was sick.  It has been a known fact that many crucial projects at the Ministry of Ed were not being carried out because Roopnarine was around to make the decision.  This because his health meant that he had frequent absences. 

You will know full well that in Guyana nothing gets done unless the minister is involved because most of the permanent secretaries are  yes men, lacking any initiative.  This because of the model of governance established by Janet Jagan, and carried out by Burnham and Jagdeo where the underlings are punished if they show too much independence.

In fact  the PPP should have been demanding that the coalition reassign him to a less stressful ministry as clearly the Ministry of Ed is beyond the ability of a sick man to run.

If it was a black WPA person being reassigned the PPP would have been screaming about why sick people were appointed minister. But seeing an opportunity to scream "black man a kill ahbe" the PPP rushes in with a racial conspiracy theory. 

They know full well that Roopnarine was one who they bellowed in bottom house meetings that he was a "black man lover" and a traitor and one whose intent was to ensure the death of Indians in Guyana.  So why now the crocodile tears?

the fact that Bibi is a female doesn't give her the right to start cuss downs and then play the vulnerable "girlie girl" when there is a response.

We all know that Guyanese females are quite good at cussing down and handling themselves in a verbal confrontation, and Bibi is no exception to this.

She plays with fire with her personal attacks so can expect a reaction.

Yes he is fully aware of all the vile racist attacks on him because he is the type of Indian who goes out of his way to earn the trust of non Indians.

He has been called Congo lover, blackman lover, neemakaram, and other insults merely because he isn't the type of Indian who engages in the "black man a kill ahbe" hypocrisy of the PPP.

We are still waiting for the PPP to expose the names of the people who masterminded the Lusignan massacre.
