I dont see how Religion comes in. A Terrorist Bastard committed a serious Crime. The Security Forces are doing their job. End of story.
This is one of the numerous unfortunate incidents occurring worldwide.
However, in all other specific situations there is no reporting about the race, religion or other ethnic issues of the individuals.
When the media can report on issues and refrain from making connections with race / ethnic / religion issues of the individual(s), one would have proper information on the incident(s).
I agree to a point on reporting a crime and leaving out religion buthow does the media know the person's religion? It is not the media's fault when an idiot shouts out he's carrying out an act in the name of his god.

The reality is that if these people were living like good Muslims we would not have to expend energy on them and would be able to focus our attention on the other evils of the world. But it wouldn't make sense to look at the other evils when there is so much in our own community. It is indeed quite an unfortunate predicament.

Muslims or Muslim countries don't have anywhere near the power they had during the days when they ruled South Spain for over700 years or India for over 1000 years and yet those countries are predominantly non-Muslim. How in these times would any western country become Islamized. So they are wasting their time worrying about something that wouldn't happen.

Syrians are dying in camps and thousands of others are killed on the seas because Europe and the US has no ready arms for them as in the past because they are afraid of increasing the population of people like this.

Sorry to inform you that if no modern university dare offer a doctorate offered in astrology, in ancient times it was all there was. Astronomy came out of astrology. Arab astronomy was rooted in astrology. Their medicine was rooted in astrology and it was the reason they studied the heavens for regularity and what it portends. It is no shame to admit the term astronomy as a discipline is grounded in astrology.
