Firstly, how much is a Member of Parliament entitled to in terms of salary and benefits/perks/entitlements. Secondly, how much is a Member of Cabinet entitled to in terms of salary and benefits/perks/entitlements. How about providing the same information for the Speaker and Leader of the Opposition.

Opposition Leader, David Granger is assured of a range of benefits along with his salary and a pension, following the passage in 2010 of the Leader of the Opposition (Benefits and Other Facilities) Bill 2009
According to the legislation, the holder of the office shall be entitled at government expense to rent-free furnished office accommodation; medical attention, including medical treatment or reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for himself and the dependent members of his family; full-time security service at his official place of residence and at his office to be provided by the Guyana Police Force; the services of a research assistant, an executive assistant/secretary, a clerical/office assistant, a chauffeur, a personal security officer, a gardener and two domestic servants; and salary, vacation allowance and parliamentary benefits equivalent to those of a Cabinet minister.

It is the PPP that created those perks for the ruling class in 2009. If they do not like it they can start all over as the opposition suggests

Only the brazenly corrupt would want a bailout while retaining all the old crooks and inefficient administrators. Fire the bastards who ruin the industry ie wiping the parasites off the Guysuso board and then maybe you would merit the funds. Of course you would have to present a plan and a means to work the plan. It cannot happen by the usual PPP magical thinking. All that disappears there is the people's money

How did the PNC MPs, Moses and the others AFC vote to make this legislation pass in 2010? Is there a special legislated age for MPs can retire? Are their salaries and all benefits taxable and if not so why not?
