Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz is reported to be clinically dead as the monarch is not recently seen in the public.

A Saudi journalist working for London-Based Asharq Alawsat says the Saudi monarch has been clinically dead since Wednesday.

He also quoted medical sources in Saudi Arabia as saying that the king’s vital organs, including his heart, kidneys and lungs, have stopped functioning.

Doctors are said to have used a defibrillator on him several times. He is also reported to be alive with the help of a ventilator.

The Royal Court has yet to comment on the report of King's death.

The aging Saudi monarch has not recently appeared in the public and the country's crown prince is attending official meetings on his behalf.

It is the second time in the past months that Asharq Alawsat reports the death of King Abdullah.

In November 2012, the daily reported that Saudi king has slipped into coma and was clinically dead nearly a week after he underwent a 14-hour-long back surgery in a hospital in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

The report was later rejected by the Royal Court.

The 89-year-old king’s health has declined over the past few years, during which he has been hospitalized several times.

Failing health, old age as well as the death of the king’s half-brothers have raised concerns about the future of the oil-rich country in the face of anti-government demonstrations.

If the report is so, then he will join his buddy in the realm of comatose.

He will pay for his bad deed, same goes for Ariel Sharon, becomes vegetables before they die.

Like yuh fugget old bai Yasser.  Actually, natural death these heads or terrorists nations mean nothing, they have many waiting to replace them.  Imagine if we sat around and hoped for the natural death of Mullah Omar and Sheik Osama, that would be no victory bai.

Sadly, the middle east has traditionally been ruled by dictators with one replacing another. The Spring Uprising has proven to be unsuccessful so far. It will take a very long time for the free will of the people to prevail.

Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah death hoax spreads on Facebook

Rumors of the monarch’s alleged demise gained traction on Sunday after a ‘R.I.P. Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah’ Facebook page attracted nearly one million of ‘likes’. Those who read the ‘About’ page were given a believable account of the Saudi monarch’s passing:

At about 11 a.m. ET on Sunday (May 26, 2013), our beloved monarch Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah passed away. Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah was born on August 1, 1924 in Riyadh. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page.

Hundreds of fans immediately started writing their messages of condolence on the Facebook page, expressing their sadness that the talented 88-year-old monarch was dead. And as usual, Twittersphere was frenzied over the death hoax.

Where as some trusting fans believed the post, others were immediately skeptical of the report, perhaps learning their lesson from the huge amount of fake death reports emerging about celebrities over recent months. Some pointed out that the news had not been carried on any major Saudi network, indicating that it was a fake report, as the death of a monarch of Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah's stature would be major news across networks.

Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah Death Hoax Dismissed Since Monarch Is ‘Alive And Well’

On Monday (May 27) the monarch's reps officially confirmed that Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah is not dead. “He joins the long list of celebrities who have been victimized by this hoax. He's still alive and well, stop believing what you see on the Internet,” they said.

Some fans have expressed anger at the fake report saying it was reckless, distressing and hurtful to fans of the much loved monarch. Others say this shows his extreme popularity across the globe.

Well I guess that we have to wait longer for this event:
