Wait until the PPP takes office before you condemn their development plans.  Wait for the Budget and then make your criticism.  The PPP will do better than the coalition one thousand times over.

Now is not the time to shout up about oil. Fossil oil is on its way out. Guyana needs to sell its oil then put the money in the bank and distribute half of the interest to Guyanese.
