There is eventually no defence against global warming and flooding. Guyana may eventually have to consider moving the capital.

For those dumb PPPites who are comparing snow with GY Flooding. When you live in certain parts of the world snow is expected and those in charge plan for it unlike the PPP they know GY is in a flood zone but they choose to patch the situation every time so that they can thief more.
