Hillary should not fire Comey. She will need him after the elections. Remember, the House of reps will be making her life a living hell and she will need Comey. Comey is like Trump..he will not apologize, he will look weak and stupid.

It has not been a good week for him...maybe internal pressures at FBI

I dont believe Comey can be fired. He has been appointed by Congress for 10 years. However, the President always have ways to push one out.

There is no need to fire James Comey.

He has a ten-year contract - currently seven remaining - and thus far there are no indication that he has breached the terms of his contract.

The only item is the unfortunate situation that he made a statement well within the period during an election; when it should never take place.

Since issues evolved after he made the statement in July, 2016, it was pertinent to make a statement on Sunday November 06, 2016.

Comey is not like Trump! I doubt what he did was to put his finger on the scales for Trump. He is a smart man and can see through that carney barker. I think he made a mistake. I suspect he realized it hence his rush to complete the sorting of the mails before the election. Mrs C is gonna keep him. He is fair and the republicans now hate him. He will however, have to address the leaking the Bureau. America must be confident that their highest law enforcement body will be fair to everyone.

Comey is playing some masterclass politics here.  Leave him alone.  FBI Director has dirt on people that no one else has.  He will play the TRUMP cards after the elections depending on who wins.
