The constitution of Guyana have GECOM specific authority
The rule of law of GECOM, does allow the CEO to present to the Chair "act of declaring" the results and not the "results" of the election themselves.
He was totally out of line and guilty of Gross Misconduct

I think he should be on a stamp.
He did nothing wrong. Election laws of Guyana grant him the authority to advise and his report did just that.

Lowenfield's report should be, and is already being, denounced, discredited and dismissed. As more denunciations of Lowenfield's report crop up, as they surely will, Lowenfield's name and character will go down the drain. Firing and/or charging him is a matter for the appropriate authorities to decide upon.

Mingo the number fudging REO for Region 4 was also pointed out to be jailed ,painted as Rigger for the government.
What should be done to the CROOKS who helped the PPP/C in ELECTORAL FRAUD on the East Coast Demerara and throughout the Country ? these crooks are painted as performing "irregularities"

You should tell that to your special friend in Brooklyn who sends racist emails to Guyana to set off riots.
I would encourage the PPP to indict some of them in Guyana and arrest them if they enter. Furthermore, file a complaint with the USvState Department!
