I do not know if that picture is what makes the kit bizarre. These things are designed to be easily identified in the pack so the sponsors can get face time in the peloton. That picture does look out of place and sort of a cheap trick. I wish i could see it in the "pack" to know how it looks. That is where it counts. Some of the kits in the men's peloton are bizarre also but there is not much to speak of since women bodies are always more interesting.
