IMO, Strauss was a piss poor captain who was lucky to win the ashes. He's been shrouded in some form of controversy since 2006 and his form has been sporadic at best. 

What kind of management lets text messages dismantle a team? That was so juvenile. They rose to the bait of a set up like a bunch of pansies. If Swann, Broad, Anderson & Flower could now exit stage left, England might restore some dignity. I for one will keep enjoying the show!
