I am in total agreement with Mr. Ramkarran's Statement that Attorney General Basil Williams could have been jailed. Mr. Williams should be more tactical in his approach to very delicate matters. If Mr. Williams cannot be more tactical, then the president of Guyana should demote him or better yet relieve him of his portfolio as attorney general of Guyana.
