regarding the parking meter issue, it is all smoke and mirror by the government. See how long it took for them to react, contract is in force so severe penalties if it is cancelled, cannot make city council do anything it does not want to do, waiting on official letter from government, getting a pause so people will lose interest, etc. See how they are trying to buy off Duncan by sending him to look at transportation in Mexico and some other countries.

I thought you would have got it,

people are more freely to protest since 1992,during the despot Burnham rule,when he took the wrong turn,the right to protest was met with harsh brutality.

I know one the Leaders from WCD,he became a mouse when democracy was restored.
