They're the ones keeping Guyana afloat. They make up Guyana's labour force. Regrettably, 78% of them don't benefit from trade union representation. No wonder brain drain reign:

No. Unionized workers are leaving but have a better cushion while in Guyana. Less incentive to leave than nonunionized workers, I think.
