WE don't need a Commission of Enquiry that will eat up hundreds of millions of dollars and run for months.

WE need a study group of smart people to examine the data, plan, marketing, outcomes, cost-benefit analysis, in a short turnaround time with recommendations for short term action and long term strategies.
