Many Chinese have moved into Guyana in a very short space of time.....the criteria for the naturalizing of  Chinese " immigrants " and others should be made puiblic.....

Chinese do keep quiet about their voting preferences.

All parties should start to concentrate on the Chinese citizens of Guyana. Post 1992, I guess they supported the PPP?

Prior to 1992 all groups endorsed the PNC, knowingly or unknowingly.

Well 5,000 of them have been given citizenship between 2011 to now.

That is one seat for the PPP.  BUT - more than 10,000 East Indians would have left the shore of Guyana by the time the 2016 elections come around.

So the PPP STILL CANNOT WIN THE 51%.

The Chinese complained that their business people have suffered the greatest at the hands of criminals than business people from other races. I am thinking that this could influence the way they vote in elections. Granger's wife is Chinese. Does she have any kind of influence in the Chinese community?

most of these chinese is buying their citizenship,its just a stopping point for north america and the rest of the world  

So however we twist it the PPP still will not get 51 percent.

I agree with Churchill.  Indians will soon become a minority in their own country thanks to these fools. 

Some claim that Amerindians are 12% and mixed are now 20%.  That might mean that Indians are 40% and blacks 28%.  Given that mixed voters tend to support the PNC no wonder the PPP refuses to release the 2012 census results!

In the future when Indians and Afos find themselves as just another minor minority you will see cooperation then.

Quite likely because one day they may find out that they must speak Portuguese.  Their nightmare is if the part Amerindian Brazilians join with the fully Amerindian Guyanese to "discipline" coastlanders.

That day is not far off in the future.

Bring it on as the East Indian abandon and desert the PPP.
