THE FALSE STATEMENT BY GUYANA POLICE FORCE MUST BE WITHDRAWN FORTHWITH
1. Yesterday, August 17, 2021, the Guyana Police Force colluded with installed Attorney General of Guyana, Anil Nandlall, and issued a grotesquely false statement claiming that the criminal investigation of Anil Nandlall by the New York City Police Department (NYPD) for advocating to a PPP group that I must be stopped and killed, was determined by the NYPD to be "frivolous and vexatious," and was dismissed.
3. It is both inconceivable and shocking that the Guyana Police Force has interjected itself into a criminal investigation of Anil Nandilall by the NYPD in an attempt to pervert the course of justice and in the process issued a mendacious statement on behalf of Nandlall, which has severe international implications. Apparently the GPF is functioning as the personal Attorney for Nandlall.
3. Initially, Nandlall and Jagdeo denied the existence of this investigation, until the Police report was released. Now Nandlall and the Guyana Police Force have inadvertently confirmed this investigation.
4. Nandlall also Initially claimed that I made up the allegations, now that it has been confirmed that his death threat was witnessed by a law enforcement officer who reported it to me, the Police and FBI, he forced the Guyana Police Force to issue this mendacious statement that completely erodes what ever little credibility and integrity of the Police Force.
5. I hereby confirm that the NYPD last night informed me that the statement by the Guyana Police Force is completely false. The NYPD also confirmed that the criminal investigation of Anil Nandlall is currently being actively investigated and that witness interviews are being conducted.
6. Consequently, no that Nandlall and the GPF's deception and dishonesty has been exposed, I call on the Guyana Police Force to immediately withdraw its false statement.
