Every dog that sucks eggs, knows he mattie dog who ah suck egg.

In Region 6,  there are 374 polling stations with a padded voters list of 12,290 voters. This is the Region where the PPP was carrying out their rigging, private citizen houses was used for polling stations. Also the combination of Region 3 and 5 there are 485 polling stations with 11,950 padded voters.

Do the math, the results are above Putinisque formula.

The Coalition Gov't don't have to rig elections, the PPP will loose any free and fair elections in Guyana.

They can pose with afro Guyanese for photo ops, pick an afro Guyanese Prime Minister, it will still not cut the mustard. Most of the PPP party supporters are Racist, GNI and other Social media proves such.

Why are so many dead people on the list? When a person dies, a death certificate is issued, a copy is taken to the police station for approval to cremate, the Registrar of Births and Deaths is informed. Is GECOM not informed? This should be a daily update by that office. How many people dying on the average per day? The Funeral homes here report deaths to the Federal and Provincial Governments to stop payments if the person is a pensioner and cancelation of passport and social insurance. Guyana has a bunch of shitheads running the Country. It's indeed a shithole country.

Purging the list isn't only the deceased, also migrants have to be removed.

There is probably not a streamlined, validated process.  Maybe with technology, they can use blockchain to integrate death certification with the voters’ list.

Here when one files their Income tax Return, there is a box there to select if you want the Election Provincial and Federal Elections registrar to be updated.  Removing the dead from the list, in this electronic age is a one man job.

In this digital age the Registrar of Births and Deaths must routinely inform GECOM of deaths. Not rocket science.
