I could remember the days under Bibi Shadik, when they were many programs done for the poorer class of people in Guyana. they were a boom in human services under Miss Shadik.

These days we don't hear of the New programs offered to hear this changing society. Is the Ministry of Human Service Dormant?

Is their a lack of proper Leadership and vision for this country and its citizens?
