Since this is such a remarkably close election that puzzles even the best and brightest among us (except D2 apparently) , it stands to reason that out of an abundance of caution the Coalition's lawyers should right now be searching through the other small party lists especially that of Mark Benschop to find legal defects which cannot be cured so as to disqualify those lists rather than hoping the Commission will do so sua sponte (on their own initiative)
