The general disregard for propriety is endemic from the top down. Guyanese in general are developing a habit of entitlement...to the good life on the backs of others. There is no regard for the poor.  Heavy taxation, price controls, monopolies and social engineering has left us in the thrall of a corruopt system that needs a shot of penicillin at the top. The boil on our backsides that is the PPP need to be lanced drained, disinfected and placed under a curative bandage. They have to be excised totally from the nation's body politic.
