I do not like to discuss race but was reflecting on the conversations, writings and speeches of Indo Guyanese pre and post election. In particular, I examined Joey Jagan, Uncle Tom, Chris Ram and Freddy Kruger. What I discovered is that their absolute willingness to shoot from the hip prior to Election has disappeared. Their reckless statement are now very measured. In fact, some like Joey and Uncle Tom had their mouths sealed and their ink dried.
Now, since as a child growing up I heard that Indians only brave against other Indians and will stand up/against and over their 'Mattie" but if another race only shout they will run like Bolt. Is it a disease that cause this, the shamelessness of some (NAMAKARAMS) or is it something else.
