Look at the video.....From 22 minutes to about 32 minutes when The Minister of Local Govt, Prime Minister and Entire Ramotar Govt went into a Coma.... refusing to discuss why for nearly 20 years Local Govt Elections were Cancelled by Ramotar & Jagdeo.
