When PPP returned (Installed) on August 2nd, 2020, some were fearful about the return of the Phantom Squad. Others argued that this cannot happen because Roger Khan no longer has the power he once had.

However, what some didn’t realize that this group which killed hundreds of Guyanese ( mainly Afro-Guyanese citizens) apparently has a new leader. The Phantom Squad is back through a careful political plan by the PPP being run through the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport and Charles Ramson Jr. Evidence of this is being seen with the rise of Mark Cromwell aka ‘Demon’.

‘Demon’ was Roger Khan’s Lieutenant during the reigns of the Phantom and he knows where the bones are buried. In fact, he knows where lots of bones are buried.

‘Demon’ is described by intelligent sources (local, regional and international) allegedly as one of the most deadly phantom killers. This known character has now been re-packaged as a community leader and is being given Ministerial responsibility by Charles Ramson Jr.

The installed Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport is using the development of community grounds in mainly Afro-Guyanese communities and is giving NOTORIOUS characters the power over these grounds through football activities.

In this way, these GANGSTERS recruit black youths to gain the power and control. In doing so, these Phantom Squad operatives have been able to bring along their phantom colleagues.

Guyanese, beware: The phantom squad is back and they are on Main Street at the Ministry Culture, Youth and Sports. Added to this, the notorious Phantom Squad criminals and their colleagues have been told to form security companies to get access to weapons.

This is a DANGEROUS development in Guyana, and it is something the International law enforcement agencies need to pay attention to, especially with what's happening in the Ministry headed by CharlesRamson Jr.
