The state doesn't earn anything. Instead, it confiscates its money from people in the form of tax.

It's subject to none of the constraints and competition a normal business has to contend with.

All this Budget is about is to report to the people on how the PPP plans to taxes us and how it plans to spends the money.

WELL THE MAJORITY CAN NOW TELL THEM TO STOP SPENDING SO MUCH - THEM AFC BOYS CALL IT   RATIONALISING.

The bottom line is that borrowing to fund this G$3.4 billion every year to pay BABBY to buy 80% of the medical supplies budget at 6 times the real value cannot work. When the cash is TRANSFERRED FROM THE STATE TO BABBY POCKET, it's gone and can only be repaid with higher taxes on the sugar workers.

In common language that is called tiefing.

FM

You larn you artimetic in school boy.

PPP spend 3.8 billion on medical supplies in 2008 on medical supplies (Babby Bamzie-boy Bamroop) and this move to 7.3 billion in 2012.

That is an increase in 3.5 billion when the population declined by 8,000 in those 4 years.

It is either two thing:

Guyana getting more sick;

or

is wholesale tiefing happening.

Mahen, which one you think it is?

The AFC Chairman benefits under a PPP government but still turns around and stabs the PPP in the back by locking lips with the PNC. The government should have left their chairman in the cold.

The goodwill shown by the PPP towards perceived terrorist Nigel has soon far been spit on by the AFC.

The action of the AFC is disgusting to say the least.

We must not get mad when citizens of the nation freely dissent in the press and everywhere else without fear. It is something the PPP fought long and hard for and now is the time to admire and appreciate the freedom with which Guyanese can dissent today. We want Nigel to recover fast and get back in the ring.  A PPPite is eagerly waiting to touch gloves with him again.

May he recover speedily and get back in the ring. We love a good fight.

You got to be really joking.

Ask Vish M if I ever contact him?

He and Chief seem to be tight?

But the quality of these tired PPP bodies always whining.  They can learn alot from BJ - get a FIRST MAN.

They needs to man up and accept the fact that they are losing the election battle.

The PPP is finish, they are on their way down.

They need to fix the country and stop trying to defend the tiefing.

NOBODY WANT THE PNC TO WIN but the PPP is determined to give it all away to the PNC.
