From what I've been hearing from Guyanese living in Guyana the PPP/Civic will win the Nov. 28 general election with ease. The people of the country have benefitted from the gov't housing program, tax cuts for low income families, improvement in education, health care, and construction of new roads in villages and farming areas.

The AFC is fighting an uphill battle to win hearts. The PNC running under the name "APNU" has once again created a hostile atmosphere raising fear of severe political repression and racial discrimination reminiscent of their long years in office. This is what's uniting Guyanese under the PPP... Fear of the APNU monster taking over.

Really? Did those people who're squatting near the seaside in Anna catherina get their house lots as yet? Saw their plight on Capitol news the other day. Sorry I couldn't access the video.

BRB, why is PPP/C acting out in desperation? They should stop campaiging; their effort is yielding diminishing returns.

A negative AFC expectation means a positive PPP result.
A positive AFC expectation means a positive PNC result

The above would be realistic, except one element of the matrix is missing.

Only ignoramuses would frame opposition to the corporate corruption represented by the PPP as representing state interests. Were that the case then a dismantling of the state infrastructure and rebuilding it from the ground up would not be outside scope of any planning to recapture it. Fortunately we only need to remove the cancer that is the PPP.

Don't let these guys get to you. A few more days and all will end well.
The large crows showed that a majority government is in the makings. The Opposition will try to distort that fact and say that polls doesn't matter. Does it surprise you that these AFC economists are feigning ignorance and proclaim that one hundred is greater than one thousand. That is their job throw smoke screens.

The PPP lost over 25% of its votes between 1997,  when they got 220k and 2011 when they only got 166k.  Is that complacency are the fact that Indians are fleeing Guyana, and many who remain no longer care for the PPP?
