Nobody here ever say that the PPP are angels. That is what blacks here say to deflect. It is stupid for anyone to think that the PPP are angels. The violent street protests came after the 1997 election...as well as after that and even before independence.

They FAILED to do so because they did not learn from history and experience. The violent street protests came after the 1997 election...as well as after that and even before independence.
