The rewarding of only some private sector companies in Guyana is the real reason for the stage of this stagnant economy.
Even if the 5.2 percent growth is correct and I doubt that figure, Guyana continue to run on water and cannot grow out of power because 5 percent is too low, it is just renewal of current stock of wealth.
Guyana has nominal growth but not real growth in average wealth.
