These people did not get poor and destitute in the past two years.  He is finally discovering the abject poverty and acute needs of the people which has been there all along.

Base, lesson #1, the Guyanese people were much better off under the PPP, the Economy was doing well, people were enthusiastic, outputs were going up, plans were there to improve and sustain the Economy THEN came the PNC and the rest is history. FACTS BABY FACTS!!!
