Seriously Sheik, When People vist an Office in Guyana to do Business, the first thing that comes out some of them mouth is " See wha yuh can do man, ah gat a small piece here for you".  How STUPID can People get.  I remember People used to come to my Office, open a drawer and throw money in it without saying a word. I would take the money and give it back to them and ask what can I do for you.

I'm not sure if this is the way it went down, whether it's the people wanting service willing to pass a change or the individuals rendering services asking for the change. It's just a matter of opinion. What I do know is, this is the ways things are. Unfortunately you're not there to see this. It's all one big hustle, bai.

I agree, there are some Office holders who will Demand a Bribe and I have been calling for over a decade now for "Undercover Operations" with Tape Recorders and Cameras to tackle this problem.
