Mexico may agree to fund the wall as well.

This aint happening....I would be happy with some kind of fence for 2 reasons: its an expensive venture to build a Berlin type wall and realistically, Trump does not expect this to happen. He will strengthen control of the border.

Countries generally issue "congratulations" when a new government comes to power.

Its noteworthy that Russia was the only country cited which wasn't neutral. They blatantly imply that Trump was better than Obama

Pity that a 3rd rate nation like Russia now runs the great USA. Make America great again. Reagan would roll in his grave if he saw that Russia is now winning the Cold War.

As to the markets. NASDAQ finally recovered under Obama but you would never imply that he was any good.
