I know under him the economy is better. Intrest rater is lowest it has ever been in my life time. Loans are available if you can meet the above 700 CR criteria and everywhere I see insustry and economic activity percolating. I in an upperclass neighborhood and everything was shut down for years. Now I see them demolishing and building 34 acres of mixed used areas.

On my street,  small quaint homes worth a million dollars are being demolished for the elegant mansions. The house at the end of the block that could not be sold for 700k is now gone and the new owners promptly knocked it down and I am sure what is replacing it will be palatial. It means people are spending disposable cash rather than holding on to it. Even our family is counting our pennies and looking for financial opportunities.
