(I did some further fact-checking and here is what I found.)

These SOPs are not from polling stations. They were taken from Mr Jaipaul Sharma's Facebook page. He posted these on 3rd March 2020.
Visit his page and check for yourselves and go on the PPP website and check the SOPs yourselves.

Each and every one of Mr Sharma's SOPs checked out with the PPP/C scanned SOPs.
