This doesn't include the cost of rental which I was told is twenty-two million ($22,000,000) per month.
Therefore, in reference to my previous posts, I am vindicated.

It would be nice. However, I think this might be designed for the upper class or foreign visitors rental.
Government do not owned the hotel. Its repay back time to a financier. Government will rent rooms from this hotel at $22,000 per month.

The bank of Guyana has a Gold supply which they cannot touch, because they (The Government) already used up it as colateral over and over again since the days of the PPP. Maybe TK can explain it to you. It's called Governmental economics.
The PNC ruined beautiful Guyana after independence. The PPP worked hard to rebuild the country. It's now sad to see the PNC is power ruining the country again. I personally feel that most of the supporters of the PNC cares little or nothing about the well-being of the nation. Their pride is seeing the PNC in power and nothing more. This country will not prosper and become the haven we've been dreaming of. Guyana's future is bleak.
Why is the government renovating a privately owned hotel? Imagine if Trump take government money to renovate one of his hotels what would happen in America. The people of Guyana are solely responsible for the way the government is treating them. They tolerate nonsense.
