Prithima Kissoon is NOT a PNC supporter; she is close to to Anil Nandalall and the PPP.

This is NOT about race, it is about politics; it is about alleged mishandling of case(s) from which she should probably have recused herself, and may be about Basil Williams' incompetence.

The facts suggest that all of these elements are in play.

I have not yet heard her lawyer Nigel Hughes make this a case of racial discrimination.
