Rohintal Street has always been there. It is not a popular street but it has always been there.
I didn't realize that they meant to say Rohinital Street instead of Ramtalal Street. Rohinital Street is west of Ganges Street between Bissessar Avenue and Sashi Bazaar Street. Thanks.
