I agree. A focus on the coalition gov't is what is needed. AND constructive criticism where necessary.
They cannot make major changes without informing the population. They also have to train their newer ministers on what their roles are. It is to be understood that being out of power for 23 years means that there is a lack of executive experience on their side, so mistakes will happen.

The problem with many Third World leaders is that they are not trained as ministers or how to govern effectively. Look at Winston Felix and the silly mistakes he made in New Amsterdam. Its not like when a new CEO takes over a company, they have to be trained. We do not have the luxury of these practices given our uneducated mass and our young nation. Granger should have training sessions where all ministers meet with "coaches" and other professional trainers who can coach them as to what is appropriate and how to be professional. This is one way to promote a common "ethos" among ministers...so that they can all be on the same page...
