It seem like nothing else matters at this time since TK jump ship. Well, here is some more of TK's journey with his new found home. What will this do to the AFC in the aftermath? After the domino effect of deserters from the AFC, will more members follow suit? Gerhard is silent while TK said that Moses is a tame puss/y cat who is afraid of Ramjattan and the Hughes.

But the question asked: (1) IS TK A TRAITOR OR A MAN OF PRINCIPLES ? (2) Will his decision to join APNU help him or hurt him?

Jumping from one party to another is not patriotism, Mitwah. I am questioning if his recent decision to join APNU will help him or hurt him, or if he will be seen as a traitor by the public. It's a matter of a simple question.

I can't speak for the public. I don't see him as a traitor. He is a very concerned Guyanese and that's what makes him patriotic. You on the other hand change your skin often.

What stupid logic is that? The party is not the country. Get real. By the way, why did you start another thread about Mr Khemraj? Do you wish you had quarter of his character?

Sir/madam: I have the utmost respect for Professor Tarron Khemraj as a professor in economics and his willingness to lend his expertise to the development of a better Guyana under APNU. In Guyana's young democracy, we have to respect whatever the opposition has to offer, but at the same time we don't have to accept what is being offered by the oppositions. However, we can question TK's decision and his motive why he leave the AFC. He is becoming a public figure and he's subject to public scrutiny. He demonstrated in the AFC that his advice was not up to par, and the AFC didn't think his advice was good enough to play an integral part of their decision making. He was ditched because the AFC had high corruptions plans unknown to Tarron Kehemraj's knowledge.

The recent lapse of the AFC is small potatoes

Dear Editor,

I am not a member of the AFC, but I support the idea of the third force. Since the formation of this party and especially since the November 2011 elections we have witnessed the importance of this force. One must have no illusion; the situation in parliament today, the effectiveness of the majority opposition are direct rewards of the third force. Without that force the political landscape of Guyana today would be difficult to contemplate. Simply put, the third force has contributed immensely to putting pressure on the brake pedal of the runaway train. So all those who are trying to take advantage of the present parliamentary gifts should never forget that if it was up to them alone this situation would never have come about. So ‘dissing’ the third force is absolutely sacrilegious.

Without the third force what would we have today? We will technically have PPP 1 and PPP 2 in eternal competition and in-fighting, which stretches back to the 1950s. What we will basically have is the two main political parties having the population just where they want us ‒ it is either we or them. And if we should look back at our history we will realize that one came out of the other. They are basically part one and two
