Elections are pending...the PPP will not give in to any of the sensible request for transparency and devolution of authority. One must therefore prepare.

Attention must be placed on

1.) NCN must not post PPP banners on its website or constantly have discussions which are actually ADDs with out equal time.

2.) State assets in the possession of administrative personnel must not be commandeered to electioneering. No state vehicles for example should be used to transport PPP campaign personnel across the state.

3. ) National parks and stadiums cannot be commandeered by the PPP to use at their will. They must pay the requisite fees.

4.) They should not use state property or lands to place Party banners etc.

5.) the PPP should not be allowed to give performers  tax break when the come in to perform at Party events as the last "party" they  had with Distra at national park.

We need to be vigilant with the use of state assets in their campaign since the last time they did so with no constraint and in your face arrogance.

I am sure that GECOM has policies for the Political Parties to follow. It is for GECOM to monitor the effectiveness of their policies.

What is our Howard grad grumbling about today? He don't even live in Guyana or contribute to is economy and yet he is using the pronoun "we" as though he has a vested interest in the nation.

He is in no position to make demands, yet he came up with a list of 5 elements as though he is an expert in these matters, from behind the counter of his dollar store.

What obliges you to comment when you do not live there? I have vested interests there, and I am Guyanese so I have every right to say what I please.

And I thought I was working at the dollar store for some "Indian"?
