Did the PPP win the majority votes in 2011? No. Did they win in 2015? No and in this win they were beaten. Jagdeo was extremely involved in both elections, and in fact in 2015 (the one he lost outright) we were often left to wonder as to whether it was him and not Ramotar who was the candidate. When he lost, and fired Ramotar we had the answer.

As much as you wish Guyana was a province of India, so that only the interests and perspectives of Indians be considered it is in fact a multi ethnic nation where there is no majority group, and with the fastest growing group being people who self identify as mixed.

Maybe you need to explore an Indo homeland in Uttar Pradesh, because it is not happening in Guyana.
