For all the groups in New York advocating against "Deporting ILLEGAL immigrants".
Note: Persons who have CRIMINAL offenses should be deported back to their country of origin. Persons violating "CONTRACTUAL" visitors visa agreements who come to the USA have to and must return. Persons HARBORING individuals who have shown "presumption of being an intending immigrant from a non-immigrant visa" will be charged.
As an advocate I will NOT support any of these activities or behavior as many of you don't fully understand the status of these agreement. When some folks overstay it becomes a liability on the sponsors and legal actions can be taken against them as well. Furthermore, it affects others from coming into this country legally. Visa numbers will start dropping because of this corrupted behavior. As a community we will not be trusted and will look like a liability to the US Embassy as noted: "PRESUMPTION OF BEING AN INTENDING IMMIGRANT" and then DENIED A VISA TO ENTER ON GOOD FAITH.
Bottom line the law is the law. Either we live in a perfect world without laws like brothers n sisters which will NEVER happen.
My advocacy will be to STOP this behavior from continuing. Ready to call it out as I see it.
Note: The Trump administration has heightened the awareness but we have had this problem for a long time. If we continue no one will trust us and we cannot be a community that can grow or develop in a nation I once believed to be a beautiful mosaic.
