This is absolutely stupid and uncalled for and the only reason could be that turkey does not want a coalition of western powers operating in the area and is intent of derailing it.

This is not good....Turkey will come out a loser on this with the flow of Syrian refugees

Putin is a Master of Diplomacy.  In the coming weeks you will hear more.  The Guy is just that good but you expect that from a well trained KGB. Speak less and let the actions be mysterious.

Turkey fears a defeat of ISIS would translate into a victory for the Kurds. Kurds claiming parts of Northern Iraq and Southern Turkey. ISIS and Turks have a common enemy here.
